In the fall of 2018, I served as an intern for the Center for Civic Engagement at the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. The Center for Civic Engagement connects community partners within Hancock County to tackle local issues. One of my duties as an intern was to write success stories about the community. I wrote stories on an Orientation Service Project, A Summer of Fun, Findlay High School’s Career Day, Delta Mu Delta’s Admirable Donation, and how University of Findlay Students Assist the Local Community.
